- It is safe to use.
Polyester fiber composite strapping is produced by combining high-strength polyester fiber and polymer through an extrusion method. Due to its composite structure, it is called Polyester Fiber Composite Strapping.
Due to its superior properties, it is particularly preferred for strapping heavy products and products exposed to difficult transportation conditions.
Polyester fiber composite strapping stands out particularly for its resistance to weather conditions and impacts. Due to its impact resistance and high strength, it is a good alternative to steel hoops. Because steel hoops do not have elastic flexibility, they can break due to impacts during transportation. When comparing products of similar strength, Co-Strap Polyester Fiber Composite Strapping has 7 times greater impact resistance than steel strapping.
Our polyester fiber composite strapping should be used in conjunction with our galvanized crimp wire buckles. When used in this way, it will not loosen during transport. It ensures the product reaches its destination undamaged. Thanks to the compatibility of Polyester Fiber Composite Strapping with our Buckle Clasps, the system strength is significantly higher compared to Textile Strapping, Woven Strapping, PET Strapping and PP Strapping.
Polyester fiber composite strapping offers the highest system strength compared to other strapping types. The most important factor affecting system strength is the strength of the joint area. The splice strength of polyester fiber composite strapping is in the range of 75-90%.
Polyester fiber composite strapping, like textile and woven strapping, can be re-tensioned as needed. Furthermore, due to its elastic structure, the strap on the bottom of the pallet does not loosen when stacked on top of each other.
Polyester fiber composite strapping offers a wide variety of products. Depending on the application and pallet weight, there are product alternatives available with different widths between 13mm and 40mm and various tensile strengths from 240kgf to 2450kgf.
