PET Strap
PET strapping is a type of strapping used in applications requiring high, medium, and low strength. Application methods include manual (buckle type), semi-automatic (pneumatic), semi-automatic (battery-powered) strapping machines, or fully automatic pallet strapping lines.
It is resistant to climatic conditions and can withstand adverse weather conditions such as heat, cold, and humidity for a long time. However, it loses its mechanical properties when exposed to sunlight. Therefore, it should be stored under appropriate conditions, especially before use, and absolutely not exposed to sunlight. Sunlight negatively affects the mechanical properties of PET Straps in a very short time.
PET strapping is highly resistant to vibrations during transport when used in semi-automatic or fully automatic machines. However, the system’s strength is very low when using buckle and sheet metal buckles; therefore, using this application method is not technically recommended. Products with buckles can be damaged during transport.
PET strapping can be an alternative to steel strapping in some applications due to its strength and flexibility properties. When used in the packaging of metal products, it does not rust upon contact with the product, therefore it does not damage the product and is suitable for use in terms of occupational safety. PET strapping is preferred for strapping pallets with lower tonnage due to its cost-effectiveness.
PET straps are produced in two types: smooth and patterned (embossed) surfaces. Flat hoops have higher strength and durability compared to embossed hoops. Furthermore, the strength of the joint area of flat PET strapping is higher than that of the joint area of embossed PET strapping.
Due to its ease of use, it is among the most widely used hoops in our country and in the world. It is fully recyclable. It has higher strength compared to PP strapping. However, Polyester Fiber Composite Strapping, Textile Strapping (Hotmelt Strapping), and Woven Strapping have types with higher strength than PET Strapping.
PP Strap
PP (Moblen) strapping is a type of strapping used in areas requiring medium to low strength applications. It can be used with different application methods (manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic strapping machines).
Similar to the use of polyester fiber composite strapping and textile strapping, it can be applied manually with buckle ties, plastic buckles, or metal buckles. However, since the system strength is very low with this application method, it is recommended for use only with products whose pallet weight is a maximum of 250 kg. Otherwise, the products wrapped in hoops may be damaged during transport.
It has weak resistance to climatic conditions and sunlight. It is most commonly used with automatic and semi-automatic machines. When used with this application method, box sealing and strapping of lightweight pallets can be done very quickly and economically.
PP Hoops, Original and It is produced in two different quality types. The original circles are number It has higher strength depending on the quality type. It can also be used seamlessly in fully automatic machines. First-quality straps, made of plastic or sheet metal, are preferred for lighter applications in manual, cordless tools.
PP strapping has less strength than PET strapping, composite strapping, textile strapping, and woven strapping. However, it has high elastic elongation.
In general, due to its economic advantages, ease of application, lack of damage to the product, and occupational safety benefits, it is the most widely used type of strapping in our country and worldwide. It is a cost-effective strapping solution, especially suitable for transporting lightweight goods without damage.
Wire Buckle (galvanized)
In some strapping applications used to secure pallets and loads being prepared for shipment or storage, the buckle plays a key role as a locking mechanism, but the wire diameter and form of the buckle used are also very important.
Buckle straps, which have different application methods as well as different surfaces, are mainly used in Polyester Fiber Composite Strapping, Polyester Fiber Textile Strapping and Polyester Fiber Woven Strapping types. They are also used with PET Strapping and PP Strapping from time to time.
Wire Buckles are manufactured in two different surface qualities: Phosphated and Galvanized.
Corner Edge Protector
Corner Edge Protector, compatible with all types of packaging strapping, are preferred because they prevent damage to the strapping from sharp or pointed edges, and also prevent the strapping from damaging the product it is attached to. 12-16MM. 16-19MM. and 25-32MM. Corner Edge Protectors, available in these dimensions, are unaffected by environmental factors, do not rust, and do not break thanks to their high strength. Corner Edge Protectors are very easy to use during packaging processes. Straps, also known as Corner Edge Protectors, should be used with plastic straps.
Metal seal
Packaging strapping Metal seal are one of the most secure accessories used in industrial packaging processes. Made from durable materials and ensuring the secure fastening of packaging straps, Sheet Metal Buckles allow you to complete your product strapping and packaging processes easily and safely.
Metal seals are used to secure and fasten the ends of packaging straps together. The packaging strap is securely fastened by fastening the metal seal with a buckle tool or manually. Made from durable material, these packaging strapping metal seals ensure the packaging is securely fastened and prevent the package from falling apart during transport. Packaging strapping metal seals can be applied quickly and easily. They can be buckled using special buckle tools or manually, thus speeding up the packaging process and increasing work efficiency. Made from high-quality materials, these packaging strapping buckles are durable and can be used repeatedly. Packaging strapping buckles are available in various sizes and designs, ensuring suitability for a variety of packaging needs. Packaging strapping buckles are widely used in many sectors such as logistics, transportation, warehousing, construction and industrial production. It is an ideal solution for safely packaging and transporting heavy and large packages. Packaging strapping clips are preferred for their practical use, durability, secure fastening, and variety of features.
Manual Strap Tensioner
The easy-to-use manual strapping tensioner is compatible with polypropylene strapping, polyester strapping, and composite strapping. This packaging method, which uses Wire Buckle (galvanized) for tying and tightening, saves you time while ensuring the highest level of safety for your products. The Manual Strapping Machine, which allows you to achieve highly efficient results with both PET and PP strapping as well as composite strapping during your packaging processes, stands out with its metal structure and ergonomic design.
